The PointResponse app allows for entry and tracking of certifications, licenses, credentials and Continuing Education Units (CEU). You may make this information available to your subscribed employer or volunteer agency by simply requesting affiliation with them on the PointResponse web page. If the agency has not yet subscribed, then you still have the information you need at your fingertips.

PointResponses’ agency subscription service provides tracking for:
• Asset Tracking
• Resource and Responder Tracking
• Incident Creation and Management
• Mutual Aid Request
• Schedule and Time Clock
• Mapping and credentialing

Resource Tracking – Scan the QR barcode of all PointResponse asset tags to track equipment from daily operations to use in a mutual aid or major incident situation. We will record the last person to have scanned and taken custody of the asset along with a timestamp and then instantly update to the agency’s equipment management screen. Lost items are also noted and can be recovered by another PointResponse subscription app user.

Incident Creation – Incidents may be created from the mobile app on any smartphone or tablet. Request for mutual aid such as personnel, teams or equipment can be made from the incident creation tab. The Incident Commander and can search up to 100 miles away for other PointResponse subscriber agencies that have the needed equipment or personnel. The request can be sent to all or just a selected few at one time.

Mutual Aid Request – Incidents do not have to be major events, but can simply be request for an additional resource but the request can still be sent to multiple agencies at the same time to expedite and streamline the request process. From one additional ambulance or to a bulldozer on a job site, all can be done the PointResponse app for paid subscribers.

Personnel Accountability – The Mobile App will provide updates to the Incident Commander (IC) and to the responders. These updates can be customized by the Incident Commander so everyone can continue to get a clear picture of the personnel involved in the incident. *Also note, you are never tracked by anyone unless you have been assigned to a certain incident and you accept the assignment, you are in control

Schedule and Time Clock – Employees of an agency have access to their schedule on their mobile device. They will also be able to clock in and out from their device and be reminded of any assets that they have taken custody of during their shift. Asset tags can also be used in the place of traditional time clocks! Staff members can clock in from multiple remote locations, all determined by the manager.

Mapping – The PointResponse app offers a map view of the incident so that all personnel clearly navigate to their assigned region. Messaging between the IC and the responder ensures everyone is up to date if the situation changes.

Credentialing – There is no better way to store your information in one easy place for reference. We will even notify you when it comes time to re-certify. You can enter all of your information including licenses, certifications and Continuing Education classes from your device(s) for your agency to verify in the event that you are deployed to a major incident. The information stored through the app belongs to the user and no matter who the app user goes to work for or volunteer with, the information transfers to the new agency for verification and credentialing.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
